I enjoy an active lifestyle and love outdoor activities such as walking and hiking, whilst admiring Adelaide’s beautiful landscapes.

I get a lot of satisfaction from weight training and participate in competitive events with The Australian Natural Bodybuilding Federation (ANB). After many months of hard work and preparation, I was awarded the Overall Bikini Champion for South Australia in 2019.

I also provide massage services to a local soccer club, helping the players relieve their sore muscles, and assist their muscle recovery.

I believe that our bodies need muscle recovery to help rejuvenate us from everyday activities. Whether it’s rigorous sports training, cardio sessions or high intensity weight workouts, a good Deep Tissue Massage will help our muscle recovery.

A medium pressure Relaxing Massage will help to relieve stress and tension, as well as improve circulation and muscle tone. You will also experience total mind and body relaxation.

A good relaxation massage relieves stress and tension in your muscles and will leave you oozing with a sense of wellbeing.

Foot/Leg Massage

Foot massage combines massaging of pressure points and energy lines and by manipulating these points in the feet, the internal organs of the body.
